This is new and exciting role at The Classic Cupcake Co. You will be part of the next growth phase of the business. You will be responsible for providing support services to the team from a remote location.

We are looking for support within a few areas of the business:


- General, online, administrative duties


- Clerical and bookkeeping tasks


- Content writing and some social media management


- Online file storage and maintenance


- Answer enquiries via our website and social media


- Handle business tasks that we set each week

- Some digital artwork creation (flyers, products for website, point of sale signs)


- Manage bookings for Kid's parties

- Eventually answer the phone enquiries

- Creation of weekly newsletters

Knowledge of and skills in the following applications:

- Google suite (Mail, Calendars, Driver, Forms etc)

- Send In Blue

- Shopify

- Canva

- Photoshop

Details:

- Start with 3 days per week (9am-5pm)

- Pay per hour

- Must be fluent in English and have good and reliable internet connection

We are looking for an experienced sales person who has either Retail and/or Hospitality expertise. Alongside Anna, and supported by our loyal team, you will become an established and recognised face of The CCC. If you love sweet treats, pride yourself in high standards of customer service and most importantly you take pride in being a brand ambassador, then this could be the job for you. This is a fun and fast-paced job. There are some days that we are super busy and there is lots to manage so you do need to be a personality type who loves a challenge, is calm and conscientious.

Job Role:

-Run the shop 3-4 days a week

-Assistant managing the team

-Coordinate the social media schedule

-Take the photos of products daily

-Work with Anna & other Assistant Manager to develop Marketing exercises for the business

-Oversee all orders in store and online.

-Ensure that the store is of impeccable standard at all times

-Manage customer enquiries

The ideal candidate will have:

-Experience as an Store Assistant in a fast paced retail or hospitality environment.

-A passion for retail, our products & providing an exceptional customer experience.

-Experience managing the performance and training and development of a small sized team

-Personal drive in achieving store & individual sales budgets and KPI's-Outstanding communication & leadership skills

-High visual merchandising standards & experience working with weekly visual merchandising plans

Do you love cupcakes? Do you love to teach or demonstrate creative skills to kids? Are you looking for a fun and creative job starting January 2021? We are looking for quite a unique person who will get very involved in our Cupcake Parties and Classes.

This is a very hands-on part time role and an exciting opportunity for the right person. An ideal candidate would be someone who has other part-time or casual employment and wants an additional source of income.

The position involves:

*Hosting Cupcake Parties at our Mosman Studio and homes in Sydney

*Hosting Cupcake and CakePOP decorating classes in our Party Studio (full CCC training will be given) during school holidays
